COVID-19 Update - May 2022

I continue seeing children in my hut unless the situation changes dramatically. Online consultations will of course be available as they have been over the past two years. I am fully vaccinated and will be testing myself once a week. Unfortunately, I won't be able to offer parents/carers a waiting room until further notice.

The Sanctuary Counselling Centre offers children, young people and families a non-judgemental, tranquil and safe environment where I aim to help them feel confident to talk openly and honestly. I have transformed a Scandinavian log cabin, the 'Fox', into my therapy room to create this special environment. It overlooks the rolling hills of the Sussex South Downs around Steyning and feels like a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of every day life, yet it is only a 10min drive from Shoreham-by-Sea.

My practice is based just outside the village of Steyning and due to its semi rural location offers free parking.  For waiting parents/carers, I will soon be able to offer a comfortable space with magazines and country views again.  I also offer video consultations via WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Chat and various other platforms.

I work confidentially with clients on a short or long term basis, depending on each persons individual needs. 

​

The chemistry between my clients and myself is really important for a positive experience so I offer free initial consultation sessions where we can get to know each other.
